Rare Original Japanese Theatrical Poster for the Hideo Gosha classic Goyokin: Official Gold (1969), starring Tatsuya Nakadai, Tetsuto Tamba and Kinnosuke Nakamura. This is the original, official poster manufactured in Japan, not a reproduction or copy. It was made for theatrical use.

Standard Japanese B2 size, which is roughly 51.5 ×72.8 cm or 20.3 x 28.7 inches.

The poster shows damage, as should be expected from a poster that was manufactured 51 years ago and has been used in Japanese theatres. In my opinion that only shows the poster has seen life and has 51 years of history behind it. But please see the photos carefully. The damage is as follows:

1) The top left corner is missing a small bit. The top right corner is also missing a tiny bit. Both have been “fixed” with tape and white paper (not by me, perhaps by a theatre owner).

2) There is a small crack in the middle top, fixed with tape (not by me, perhaps by a theatre owner).

3) There is a small crease on the middle right edge.

4) There are some folding-like marks visible here and there.

5) There are small pinholes, though they are practically invisible.
