Bey referenced them falling out in a "Bruce Lee and I" chapter called Becoming Petrov where he talked about an aborted film project called Tiger Storm. He also refers to him as a "former friend" in his audio commentary for Drunken Master II.

I know Mark Houghton hates Bey and i think they had an altercation at some point

It's quite deeper than that!

Mark isn't the biggest fan of Bey,  He's fully aware what kind of a person he is that he's told people to steer clear of him.

People here who know me will attest what an easy going guy I am, but I find many of the comments on this thread quite shocking. There seems to be some people with big things to say and little to show. So I want to get to the bottom of this subject and ask:

was Bey Logan ever taken to court on these accusations and if so, what were the court's findings?

A few years back, when the headlines broke about Bey's scandals, Mark Houghton confirmed on my Facebook page that he broke Bey's arm in a fight they had on set.

But sure about court case(s) but this is some of the writings that Ben Logan wrote on Facebook back then concerning the subject:

"Over the years of my adult life, I have made advances to women. Sometimes they were rebuffed and sometimes they were reciprocated. I have had a too-carefree attitude towards physical encounters with women. I have made inappropriate comments lightheartedly or after a few drinks,"

"I now see I was wrong and I have made mistakes for which I can't forgive myself, and must live with them. I regret that any action I might have taken could have caused distress to anyone.

"I was insensitive because my position and the industry's culture had allowed me to consider my behaviour then acceptable."

Obviously it's the hard evidence I'm interested in so would really like to know from anyone about a single court case, because I couldn't find anything substantial.

But I'll address your post anyway, so it doesn't look like I'm ignoring you: It seems like a PR move to try and appease the mob, he's not admitting to doing anything illegal, the comments are vague and leave much up to interpretation. I've seen similar statements before and they don't hold much weight, for either side of the argument, I'd strongly advise against doing this.

It’s sad as I met the man and he was kind to us when we went to HK, there’s even footage of me doing a piss poor attempt at a Hung Gar form with him. I wasn’t training in anything at the time.

I wonder if the S&C one was originally done for 88?

I kind of wonder if it is too, myself to be honest? It maybe a strong possibility that 88 was going to include his audio commentary. Perhaps that was another reason why Mike Leeder and Arne Venema were upset with 88 because they were not only going to include Bey in the 88 edition of Supercop but also Snake & Crane Arts of Shaolin without their knowledge of it?

I just began listening to the S&C one. It begins at 36 seconds.

It's good. Unlike biographer Jeff Yang, Bey pointed out the fact that the production schedules of Jackie's Lo Wei movies overlapped with one another.

Got the Legendary Weapons of China one, which was excellent. They're not up to his old standards, but still the best around.for HK cinema, in my book. The audio was also better than some of his other Reel East comms, so that was a nice improvement.

Not sure why he did ones for Fist of Legend and Tai Chi Master as he had already done those for DD, and they were perfectly fine. Oh well.

I can agree with that. I did an interview with him for "White Tiger" and we were on the phone for nearly an hour and a half. He even gave me some "off the record" stories that I promised him I wouldn't publish and what I heard made me think "wow!"
