I had a third email apparently they have what you call an international pickup I think what it means is once they get a few orders internationally they will pick them up as for a time no one knows

Update yeah they are waiting on their delivery agent to pick up the international orders but they insisted it will definitely get shipped to you and all

You can get a charge back through your credit card that’s what they told me if you weren’t happy to wait disgusting service to be honest

I contacted them and they replied with this this morning:

“your order hopefully will be sent in the next few days.

unfortunately there are shipping delays during christmas.”

The word “hopefully” being in there doesn’t exactly instill hope, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Fingers crossed what they say is true.

Maybe to avoid shipping delays they could shipped in November,when allegedly it was in stock.

It’s not them it’s the so called delivery agent that has not picked up the international orders they pick them up in bulk

Never mentioned a delivery agent to me. If this alleged delivery agent only tips up to ship internationally every few months then they should make it clear you could be in for a long wait when ordering. I smell bullshit. Not even in that much of a hurry for the film, not like i haven't seen it before but, just like the Bruceploitation book it's the principle.

We send international shipments together, so it can sometimes take a little longer for the parcel to be picked up by the deliverer.

 

if this takes you too long, you can ask your credit card company to post the money back.

Judging by the replies, it appears D&T hasn't changed a bit since I last ordered from them a few years ago. I tried to think of one redeeming quality about them but came up blank.

Look at this comparison between the US bluray and the German bluray... Surprising that an old MPEG-2-encoded HD scan can look sharper and overall better than one encoded in MPEG-4 AVC. The HK bluray uses the same scan as the German bluray.

It’s there way of saying it’s shipped I just got the tracking information off them today and it’s with there Austrian post or they use Austrian post waiting for them to update the tracking that’s if they do as at the moment it shows nothing I explained this to DTM Mail they will look into it and get back to me
