I think it's a late period Shaw, maybe from 1982 (that year pops up on the screen).  Lots of familiar faces, but the story/characters don't seem familiar. Given the number of wu xia he made, and the look of the film, I'd say it's probably, but not necessarily Chor Yuan directing.  Can anyone id?
